経緯としては、私が「ツイッタラー超会議」という企画ラジオを行ったところ、
それに嫉妬した一部の悪意ある人間（アカウント）が私のアカウントに攻撃を仕掛け、
BANまで誘導したというものです。

普通に考えて、アカウント作成してから30分以内に多くの人に迷惑になる行為はできないと思います。
そんなにうまく凍結されるほどのブロック、違反報告を得るにはもっと時間がかかるでしょう。
